I agree to follow the recommendations of the District as agreed upon by myself and the District and outlined in the conservation plan to the best of my ability in implementing the conservation plan. The Clackamas County Soil and Water Conservation District agrees to help you develop a conservation plan for your land in accordance with its needs and your enterprise.
