This study aims to: 1) understand why investors prefer certain stock broking services, 2) determine the total amount invested in shares, and 3) identify the factors influencing investors' decisions to invest in the stock market and what drives their choices of specific securities. It also seeks to understand investors' objectives and their satisfaction levels with stock broking services. The scope of this study is a detailed analysis of investor preferences for stock broking services at a reputed Indian company, which will provide insights into the market and help shape the researcher's career in financial institutions.

OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY.

To know the reasons for the investors preference in stock broking services. To ascertain the total amount of investment in shares by the investors in this study area.

3. To find out the factors which influence the investors to invest in the Share Market and bring out the factors which drives the investors to select a particular security. 4. To know the investors objective to invest in Share Market. 5. To know the level of satisfaction perceived by the investors towards stock broking services.
SCOPE OF STUDY A detailed study of the investor preference in stock broking services at Balance Equity Broking (India) pvt ltd, a reputed service provider gives me an opportunity to understand the details about the market and analyze the strengths, weakness, opportunities the threats of this field which is one of the subjects of my study in MBA. This will go a long way is shaping my career and will also help me to get a placement in some reputed financial institution.
