NEW DESIGN AND DIFFERENT FUNCTIONALITY
1 o Each task can be sorted by two different parameters: priority and
due date. This replaces the Active, Long Term, and Recurring
organization.
o Each task is listed individually, with a widget (A, B, C) and text
color indicating priority and due date.

o The number of tasks of each type isn’t shown.
A o Deleted tasks aren’t shown.
o Tasks turn yellow when the Warning Date is reached. They turn
red after the due date. The Red Alert Date field is eliminated.

If you can’t color the text, we can use text stylings (bold, italic,
ALL CAPS) to indicate task state.
A configuration menu replaces “TIMEZONE”. The user can set

3 “MORE” appears when there are more items than can be
shown on one screen. It tells the user to scroll.

On click, return to main menu.

The Create & Edit Task function occupies two separate screens.
All tasks are created on the same two screens.
o New functionality: the user can specify a priority. This is similar to

In the Edit case, this field and all the others (except
Priority 2 “Details”) would be populated. “Details” may be
populated.

The formats for date and time can be changed in
the Configuration screen.

4 On click, return to previous screen, which will be

o Save the data.

Create & Edit Task 1 I don’t know if you can make input text a particular
color. If you can’t, we can go back to using the
yellow indicator. But the idea is that the text itself
indicates how close the task is to its due date.
