We would like to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation to Prof. (Dr.) Manoj Kumar
Srivastava for his guidance, encouragement and advise throughout the project. Without his
support this project would not have been possible. We would also like to express our

Lastly, we would like to thank Management Development Institute, Gurgaon for providing a
platform to conduct disciplined secondary research on Production and Operation
