Job Title: Reports to: Description:

Executive Assistant Executive Director Acts as a liaison between the Executive Director and all other areas within the centre and community.

Responsibilities: Perform general administrative duties to the Executive Director. Compile and compose correspondence, internal memos, statistical reports, operation budget projection. Acts as a liaison and support person to the members of the Board of Directors. Participation in staff development, in-service training, promotes a positive image of the agency. Assist other administrative staff when required. Qualifications/Required Skills: Knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal history, culture and traditional values. Ability to manage time effectively as per priority and time sensitive reporting. Proven ability to manage and organize several priorities simultaneously. Previous office administration of minimum of 5 years experience at the Executive level. Post secondary education in Business Administration considered an asset. Current CPIC required
