Majority of employees are seeking either wage hike or incentives as motivating factor.

1. 41% of the respondents strongly agree a n d 2 0 % o f t h e r e s p o n d e n t a r e a g r e e that they dont get time for their personal activities which leads to absenteesim. 2. 40% of employee either strongly agree or agree that health problem makes them absent from their work. 3. Only 11% of employees are strongly agree or agree that transportation is the reason for their absenteesim.Majority of the employees are not agree with the statement. 4. 31% and 23% of the employees strongly agree and agree to the statement that they are interested in this job profile,which leads to absenteesim. 5. 35% employee are strongly agree and 26% employees are agree that employee satisfaction is the main reason behind the absenteesim. 6. Nearly 58% and 22% of the respondents have agreed that their work is heavy and tiresome which causes stress and due to stress they absent themselves to relax. 7. 50% and 27% of the employees feel that the salary given to them is not satisfactory as per the heavy work. 8. Only 8% and 3% of the respondents feel lonely at their workplace. This shows that this is a very minor reason for absenteeism in the company. 9. 41% agree and 12% strongly agree that the same routine work allotted to them causes boredom towards their work which makes them to absent. 10. 30% of the respondents are strongly agree and 16% of respondents are that dissatisfaction with their existing working conditionsleads to absenteesim.
