This guide has been provided for you to compile, insert and attach copies of your personal documents.

INSTRUCTIONS To insert a document:


(Example: MS-Word documents, etc.) (1) Place your cursor on the intended insert point. (2) On the Insert menu, select File. (3) In the File Name box, enter the name of the file you want to insert or browse to locate the file.

To insert a scanned item:


(Example: Scanned transcripts, certificates or other images) (1) Place your cursor on the intended insert point. (2) On the Insert menu, point to Picture, and then click From File (3) Locate the picture that you want to insert. (4) Double-click the picture you want to insert.
