Annwyl Rieni/Gwarchodwyr, Dear Parents and Carers, Half Term is next week. School breaks up on Friday February 10th and returns on Tuesday February 21st. Well done to all the children who have worked so hard during this half term. Our Formula 1 group of children was very successful this week. Well done to them all. They won the Best Team Image in the event which was very well deserved. Thank you so much to the sponsors who sponsored Team Blackout and to Mr Smith for this great achievement. We held our first Values Committee meeting last night. It was a fantastic success. Thanks to all pupils, parents, governors and staff who attended. We are well on our way to being a Values school. Our ECO Committee is very busy also at this time as we are being assessed for our third Green Flag in July. They are a very committed team and I am confident we are going to do very well. After half term we are being assessed as a Healthy School. Miss Clarke has been working very hard and we are sure that with the childrens help we are going to be successful in this very important part of school life. Our school Eisteddfod is looming. Competitions are in full swing. The children are working very hard to support their houses. This is always a fantastic day in school and we are looking forward to March 1st and the great competition and quality work it brings. We wish you a happy half term holiday and look forward to working with you after half term. Many thanks for your continued support Yours sincerely Green Flag winners in 2009 and 2010 Winners in 2007 and 2008
