1. Constitution Sally-Anne Bennett described the suggested changes to the constitution: Adding coaches as members of the club Putting the organisation of the Neptunes Dinner as a specific role of the Vice-Captain (joint with Social Secretary) The races competed in each term will be decided by the committee at the beginning of each term Adding a clause so that members of the college who have graduated and are not rowing/coxing/coaching/on the committee in the current term will not be members of the club Captain of Boats will be in charge of ensuring race reports are written The Captain of Boats and Senior Treasurer will both be signatories for the account as well as the Captain and the Junior Treasurer Only members of the college who have matriculated at Murray Edwards College may run for election or vote in elections

Without any changes, the new constitution was passed. 2. AOB None
