SERVICE MANAGEMENT INTERNAL ASSESSMENT

10 Marks- Attendance 10 Marks- Assignment + presentation 20 Marks- Project + presentation For Assignment one common case study has been given to all groups. This case study is to be prepared and on demand by the faculty be presented. For Project a group has to choose from various option decided in the introductory session of the service management class. This project is to be prepared and presented on demand by the faculty. Please note these are group activity and all members are to prepare the assignment jointly. During your presentation any body from your group will be randomly chosen to present the assignment/ the project or all of the group may be asked to do the presentation. A submission of the both the assignment and project is to be done well typed and neatly filed. A soft copy of the assignment and project work presentation has to accompany the file. The CD will have the soft copy of the hard copy as well as the presentation. Please note any Email submission and Pen drive submission will be accepted with regret and as an option of last resort and it may attract less marks. A proper formal dress is mandatory for your presentation. Non compliance will be viewed negatively. Groups are formed and topics selected. Please make sure each of you is a part of a group and have a topic.
