When made any mistakes in decision
making, accept it and rewrite it. He love to rewirte rules even as we retain our values. Chase your dreams but dont compromise on your belief system. Given decision making to all. Always change accordingly and retain value.

Understand your customer We have to rewrite a lot of established rules in the corporate Trust & Relationship is most important The book is an excellent guide for any startup person. And a must read for people who say nothing is possible in India.
