Case Study

George made a mistake by accusing Satish incorrectly during a meeting. He later realized his error and appropriately apologized to Satish to avoid damaging employee morale and satisfaction. While the incident was an error, George showed good character by owning up to his mistake and making amends. Preet acted properly as well by not interrupting the meeting, as doing so may have embarrassed George and disrupted the discussion. Both George and Preet demonstrated good leadership skills through how they handled the situation.

1. Yes, it was at all necessary for Gorge to apologise to such a junior employee like Satish. Because it was not Satish fault in the meeting. He was just a victim of situation, so in that situation if Gorge dont apologise to Satish, than job dissatisfaction could be spread all over the organization. So apologise was the right decision which was taken by George. 2. If I were in Satish place I felled honour & satisfaction that this is the right behave of a smart boss as I like. And I will say its ok boss, that was not your fault but misunderstand can happen. I dont mind for what you have done with me. I will show him that I am cool and I forget what was happened. 3. Yes he must correct his word like this stupid mistake because it was decreasing his image in front of his employee and it may inspired his employees to think that yes, our boss is always like this. And sometime may be it proves that their boss is not strong. 4. Yes, Gorge can be employee in my company. Because he is very dedicated, loyal and attentive person. We have seen in this case that he is very knowledge about organisation, product and condition and also he know how to treat with his employee and how to handle typical situation. As a human being any one can make a mistake and this kind of mistake is possible to overcome by George. 5. No Preet did not make any mistake by not intervening during the meeting and correct George's misconception about Satish. Because if preet interrupted about this matter than George felled insult in front all of the employees and he could be divert from his main topic. Even meeting could be unsuccessful. 6. No there is no problem with George Character he was bullying because he thought that Satish was not well employee so he charged him, but when he find that it was his mistake, he tried to understand about his misbehave and did apologised to Satish. So there is no problem with George character. 7. Yes I will be happy with George or Preet my boss because both of them are very polite. They know how to treat with other and very much conscious about their responsibility. If I have to choose one, than I will choose to Preet, because he can take decision in right time & right place.
