Mise en place Slice the bread diagonally and toast under the salamander with a bit of olive oil Dice and saut bacon in a frying pan until crispy Wash, remove the stem and finely chop the parsley Wash and cut the lettuce into bit size pieces Wash, peel and finely chop the garlic and anchovies
