SAP Junior K2/K3Basis Consultants MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS: Management of SAP Landscape including Management of Transports.

User administration and authorisations. Installation of OSS notes. Installation of service packs. Management of SAP Application Connectivity. Management of Application Performance and Tuning. Monitoring of all aspects of SAP Application. Management of SAP printer Output. Job scheduling. SAP Software installation. Second Level support related to SAP Basis Incidents. Emergency response. Emergency response in the event of a Priority 1 BASIS issue affecting the availability of the system. Managing integration with IT Operations. Support environment including: Housekeeping and System Checks Incident response against defined Service Levels Environment Planning and Immediate Priority 1 response. Existing Infrastructure to be supported: SAP R/3. BW. CRM. Modules SD, MM, QM, PP, FI, CO, PA, BW BPS, CRM CIC. Non-production instances R/3 Dev/QA, BW Dev/QA, R/3, CRM Dev/QA. Productive instances R/3, BW, CRM. Bolt on applications Joint Venture accounting, Interfaces to manugistics, CHEP, EDI (with business connector middleware). Operating System windows 2000/ 2003 Enterprise. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Ability to work independently with minimal assistance. Software development/programming experience. Strong problem solving skills: able to logically break down a problem into smaller manageable parts to solve. Understanding of object-oriented concepts. Knowledge of how to develop other aspects of the application. Ability to work with third party suppliers/vendors. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to deal with all levels of Management.
