Bluetooth Technology: Presentation On

Bluetooth is a short-range wireless technology developed in 1994 that allows electronic devices to connect without wires. It was named after the 10th century Danish king Harald Blatand. The Bluetooth Special Interest Group, founded in 1998 by Ericsson, Nokia, IBM, Intel and Toshiba, oversees Bluetooth development and standards. Bluetooth devices include headsets, dongles, and are used in phones, computers, cameras and cars. It works using a master-slave configuration to pair, connect, and transfer data between devices within 10 meters of each other.
