Dear sir , With preference to your request ,we are pleased to offer Summer internship to Mrs..Ammulu for a period of 45 days starting 5ht April 2012 and ending on (mentioned ur complt ur date) .in the department __________________at our Hyderabad unit . It is understood & agreed between Trainee & us that this letter shall not be treated as a letter of appointment with this company and the company will not be under any obligation to offer employment on completion of the period for which the student are attached as trainee.Please note that period of traineeship automatically expires on completion of above period .however the training can be terminated on the discretion of the management even before the stipulated period without giving any prior intimation . Student has to make there own management for stay &transportation during the tenture of training and no stipend will be paid .
