Porters Five Forces Model

The document presents an analysis of Porter's Five Forces on the marble industry in Pakistan. It discusses the five competitive forces that shape the industry - competitive rivalry within the industry is high due to many factories producing similar marble products; bargaining power of customers is strong as they can choose from different suppliers and influence prices; threat of substitute products like ceramic tiles affects the market; bargaining power of suppliers was previously strong when few controlled the supply but opened more after new mines; and threat of new entrants is high as market entry is easy.
