Subjects Grade Number of Units

This document contains a student's course grades and units for one semester. It lists 25 subjects, the letter grade received in each (ranging from A to C), and the number of units for each course. At the bottom, it automatically calculates the grade equivalent, number of units multiplied by grade equivalent, and quarterly percentage index (QPI) for the student based on the grades and units provided.
