Revalidation Form

SCHEME FOR REVALIDATION OF COACHING COMPLETION CERTIFICATE


1. Fees : The relevant Tuition Fees per group (for revalidation) shall be as under : Intermediate Revised Syllabus Rs. 800/Final Rs. 1,000/-

2. Mode of remittance : The Fees shall be paid through Bank Draft drawn in favour of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India, payable at Kolkata only. 3. Standard of pass : For obtaining revalidation of Coaching Completion Certificate a candidate shall have to secure 40% marks in one test paper per Subject of the relevant Group. Such revalidation shall remain valid for another 3 years from the date of issue.

INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION AND TEST ANSWR FOR ASSESSMENT


1. For appearing at June and December Examinations, Test Answers must reach the Headquarters on or before 15th March and 15th September respectively. However, the students are advised to submit Examination Fees within the stipulated time and must write in Examination Form Applied for Revalidation in case Revalidation Certificate is not available prior to that date. 2. Application Form and Test Papers (Groupwise) in a set shall be available from Headquarters / Regional Council / Chapters on advance payment of Rs. 5/- per Group. 3. Application Forms duly filled in the answers to test papers shall only be submitted to the Directorate of Studies, The Institute of Cost Accountants of India, 12, Sudder Street, Kolkata - 700 016. 4. Certificate of Revalidation shall only be issued from the office of the Directorate of Studies. 5. Students are advised to submit Application for revalidation, remittances and rest answers in one cover. 6. Students must submit Test Answers Group wise in one bunch.
