ENCLOSURE
The enclosure of GERSAN Busbar Trunking Systems is fabricated from 2-6 mm Extruded and Anodized Aluminium as boltless and shaped to give excellent electromechanical characteristic and high heat dissipation .

ENCLOSURE
Light structure supplies able to manufacture GERSAN Busbar Trunking Systems as 4 mt. lenght in over 160 A for straight elements. (AL : 2,77 gr/cm3 )

ENCLOSURE
GERSAN Busbar Trunking Systems can use in all kind of corrosive environment without any extra cost and workmanship thanks to its aluminium bodies. Electrical resistance effects that because of corrosion on steel body should be removed. At the same time , the case that steel shows resistance effect when the short circuit passes to ground through enclosure , should be disappear.

ENCLOSURE
Special thermal sticker as standard.

No need to control with thermal camera.

INSULATION MATERIALS
V0, halogen free , self-extinguishing , inflammable and 155 C (Class F) and 270 C ( over Class H ).

JOINTS
Special bolt as standard.

No need to control with torque machine.

TAP OFF BOXES


All tap-off units are supplied with IP55 protection. From the bolt-on outlets can be obtained current of busbar amperage , from the plug-in outlets can be obtained max. 630A.

CONDUCTORS
are fabricated from rectangular sectioned with rounded corners copper of 99,9% purity to ETP 99,9 or EC Grade aluminium. All Phases and Neutral bars have equal sizes and 50% earth.

FIRE and EXPANSION ELEMENTS


Fire Barrier for floor and wall penetrations , Mechanical Dilatation for earthquake and building dilatation point , Expansion Element for absorbing thermal and magnetic effects of current are designed.
