Chemical Injection Skids are designed to compliment our water treatment systems to provide critical reagents for standard operation conditions. Each skid could include multiple units to deliver reagents at different points in the treatment train.

The systems are designed to deliver concentrated reagents at specific volumes to ensure bulk concentrations in the main process line are maintained.

hoW IT WoRkS
The pumping rate, dilution water flow rate and strength of the chemical are monitored by on-line instrumentation. Control of these parameters is via valves receiving signals from the water treatment systems programmable logic controller (PLC).

TEChNICAl dATA
All chemical injection capacities can be achieved through integrated sizing based on the total flow rate of the system design. Skids are Materials - positive displacement & centrifugal chemical pumps - Corrosion resistant steel, lined steel & pVC piping - heavy duty structural steel skids, blasted, primed, finished coated with two-part epoxy - From carbon steel to specialty alloy - Fully instrumented and controlled. physically constructed to fit into all variations of foot prints and environments based on specific client requirements Remote controls and alarms - Intrinsic Alarms for: High and Low Pressure, Temperature, Pressure Drop Feed, Conductivity. Control System could include PLC systems for both local and remote and could include linkage to SCADA control center.
