Rutan & Tucker, LLP ("Rutan") as Special Counsel to Debtors and Debtors in Possession for
Compensation for Services Rendered and Reimbursement of Expenses Incurred for the Period

May 1, 2009 through May 31, 2009 (Docket No. 723) (the "Application") fied on August 7,
2009. The undersigned further certifies that he has reviewed the Court's docket in this case and

no answer, objection or other responsive pleading to the Application appears thereon. Pursuant to the Notice of Application, objections to the Application were to be fied and served no later
