The J-Bus driver supports connections over RS-232 and RS-485 using half duplex communication. The FieldServer can be configured as a J-Bus client or server to perform read and write operations. As a client, it supports functions to read coil status, input status, holding registers, input registers, and force or preset single coils and registers. As a server, it can perform the same read operations in response to client requests.

Description The J-Bus driver supports connections over RS-232 and RS-485 (Half Duplex). The FieldServer can be configured as a client or server using the J-Bus protocol.
