1. The 2013 dates of the HM are as follows: February 17, March 10, April 21, May 12, June 16, July 14, August 18, September 15, Not Available in October due to Wellness Fair. November 10, December 1. 2. The hours the market is open to the public: 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. 3. Equipment Provided - Each booth is provide with a table, 2 chairs and access to 110v power. If there are any changes to the provided equipment please advise HM 24 hours before the market is scheduled. Internet service is available onsite. (NOT PROVIDED: tablecloths, extra tables, backdrops, dividers). Walls may be used for display. 4. Reserving a Booth - Vendor must complete a Vendor Registration Form and deliver to Holistic Markets. Contact may be by email, phone, online or fax. The online link for registration is: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/RZPSHZ8 The Vendors booth is reserved and confirmed once payment is received. HM will use best efforts to accommodate Vendor booth preferences. 5. Booth Rental Payment - Vendor booth is confirmed and reserved once payment is received. Payment options are: Interac E-Transfer (Send to [email protected], Security Question: What is the theme of 2013? Answer: golden), Paypal money request, we will send you a paypal money request so that you can use your paypal balance, or a credit card. You do not need to have a paypal account for this option, Cheque, please drop off cheque to Kathy Reid at 2259 Stillingfleet Road, Kelowna, please leave Pay To: Blank, Cash, please drop off cash to Kathy Reid at 2259 Stillingfleet Road, Kelowna. Gift for raffle baskets - The Vendor agrees to provide a free gift in the form of a product or gift certificate as part of their booth rent. The Vendor will provide a business card with contact information attached to the gift. This gift is used to create raffle baskets. One-half of the proceeds from raffle baskets with be used to: support a local charity, collect names for HM newsletter, promote the Vendor. The Vendor agrees to dropped off their free gift at the HM registration desk at the main entrance to the Parkinson Rec Centre no later than 10:00 am the day of the market so that the raffle baskets can be assembled before the market is open to the public. 6. Booth Discount - A 10% discount is available for booking and paying 3 or more months in advance. 7. Booth Set-Up - Booth set up hours are 9:00 am to 10:30 am the day of the market. Booths set up must be complete by 10:30 am. 8. Booth Tear-Down - All booths must be completely removed from the Parkinson Rec Centre by 5:00 pm the day of the market. 9. Booth Payment Refund Policy - All booth rental payments are final and non-refundable. If for some reason you book a booth and pay your booth rental and dont attend the market as a Vendor your booth rental payment is non-refundable. 10. Post on Holistic Market Website - The Vendors details with be posted on the Holistic Markets website www.holisticmarkets.ca. The Vendor will provide a maximum 300 word description and Logo (in jpeg format). The information provided by the Vendor will include: Who you are, your company name, contact information, website, Product, services, modality, Benefits of your specialty, Short testimonial if you have one. 11. Post on the Vendors Website - The Vendor agrees to post a link on the Vendors website to promote the market. It is in the best interest of all concerned that HM is promoted as widely as possible. This link will be provided by HM.r 12. The Vendor will make best efforts to Like all Holistic Markets Facebook posts. 13. The Vendor will Like Holistic Markets Facebook page . 14. Overlapping of services - HM will do its best to have one of a kind modalities and products in the Holistic Markets, minimizing overlapping as much as possible. 15. MLM Companies will be allowed to occupy a maximum of 4 booths 16. Marketing the Holistic Market - The HM will be marketed as per Appendix B 17 Speaker Option - There is a maximum of 2 opportunities to be a speaker at HM, The Speaker Option is a marketing option to promote your service/product as a featured speaker at the HM. The Speaker Option includes: a booth and all the benefits of a Vendor, the speaker will be highlighted in the HM newsletter, the speaker details will be included in the press release, HM will use best efforts to have the speaker interviewed by the media, the speaker will be video-taped by a professional videographer, the speaker will receive a copy of the video tape for their exclusive use, the speaker agrees that HM may use the video tape in its online library to promote the HM and the speaker, the Vendor investment in the Speaker Option is $350.00 18. Featured Vendor Option - There are a maximum of 3 Featured Vendors per market. Reservations are on a first-comefirst-served basis. Featured Vendor Option includes: mentioned in all press releases, promoted on the HM newsletter, a minimum of 3 public announcements by our MC during the markets, option of offer a deep discount which will be advertised in the newsletter, the Vendor investment in the Featured Vendor Option is $100.00 19. Professional Conduct - It is clearly understood that Vendor (principals and staff) shall at all times conduct themselves in a professional and ethical manner.
