1. Introduction: Read the following extract from an email you have received

2. Planning: Spend 1 minute making notes. Use a mind map if it helps, but
remember to cover the following three issues: Introduce the issue of the growth in supermarket shopping. Outline what you think are the reasons for the success of supermarkets. Give your view on whether the effect on the local community is positive or negative.
