Cyrenians PX2

- Emotional resilience, emotional intelligence - being aware of how you are affected and altered by others. - I thought the programme was really good. - Thank you so much for your time. You have helped me a lot over the past few days and I really appreciate it - you are a great person.

Question 6: What concept(s) did you nd the most interesting/useful to you? Why were these important?
- Scotomas, because I now notice things that I didnt before. - Scotomas - it was useful to know about it. - The part about your subconscious mind so I know more about the human brain. - The self-condence section. It helped me build mine up. - The DVD - good speaker. - About the sub-conscious. - The goal-setting, because you set goals. - Learning how the mind works - to help in many aspects of life. - Bulb analogy. 90% how you respond, 10% what happens. Taking responsibility for your own life, internal locus of control vs. external locus of control. Most of what happens in your life is within your locus of control. - Comfort zone, the brain, if you say you cant, you wont, if you say you can, you will. Made me more condent about myself. - Balance wheel, law of attraction to plan and realise the future. - Goal-setting - help my mind-set. - Condence-building because I have low self-esteem. - Lock-on, lock-out - it has made me think better and more about life. - They were all interesting, they helped and are useful. - Them all - they are all useful.

- The book was something really useful and liked the quotes. These will help me get through a lot of different situations. Thank you and it will help me get through a lot of different situations. Thank you and good luck! - The different techniques for nding out information to help and know everything is possible. - All of it - they just were important. - Deciding on our future goals - it helps us with the future. - Lock-on, lock-out. Just interesting. - Lock-on and lock-off because I could recognise things. - Lock-on/lock-out, the F Card, stories. I found these useful to me and most interesting. - Lock-on, lock-out, 9 dot exercise - t made me not want to give up. - Setting out goals of what you want in your life, because you could see if you gained them or not. - Gorilla exercise - it was fun.

Question 9: What could the facilitator(s) have done to make the programme more interesting for you?
- Yes. He made it good and understandable. - Nothing - it was just ne. - More activities, less writing. - Get out more. - Nothing - I enjoyed it. - It was great. - Nothing - Seamus did an amazing job. - Absolutely nothing. - Engaged with real life examples and humour, showed passion and a strong belief in PX2. - They are already good. - Listened and attended, tried to have a good time. - Nothing - explained it all. - Nothing - it was good. - More outdoors. - Dont know. - I thought Seamus made it as interesting as he possibly could. - If I could meet Lou Tice. - It was ne how it was. - More fun activities.

Question 10: How could the programme be improved?


- I like the way it is. - Dont think it needs to be improved. - Less writing, more hands on activities.

- More activities, less writing. - More outdoor activities. - It was fantastic. - Not sure. - A few more physical activities for fun as well as a lesson. - More culturally sensitive in relation to the DVD programme. - Fantastic. - I feel it was ne the way it was. - Cheers. - I think it was pretty good and this has helped me to listen more and get on with it, and it has helped me with a lot.
