BAC MINUTES No. 15, SERIES OF 2012 MINUTES OF THE BAC MEETING HELD AT THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN SESSION HALL, LAST 20 JUNE 2012 AT 10:30 OCLOCK IN THE MORNING. ATTENDANCE: PresentNancy A. Atanacio BAC Chairman Engr. Levi R. Pabines BAC Vice-Chairman Purificacion R. Regidor BAC Member Renee B. Abina BAC Secretariat Head Dominador N. Marcaida, Jr. BAC Secretariat Member Absent Dr. Felix N. Prado - BAC Member Corazon D. David BAC Member Fernando SC. Eduardo TWG Head Analynn A. Polotan TWG Member The meeting started at 10:30 A.M. with a call to order by the BAC Chairman. The presence of a quorum was determined after the checking of attendance. The reading of the journal of the 30 May 2012 meeting was dispensed with but was considered approved. The order of the agenda for this meeting was read out, to wit: 1. Purchase Requests submitted for the week: a. Mayors Office for the following purchases i. 2,700 pcs. Comics book amounting to PhP 49,950.00 (MDRRMO)/G-040-12; ii. Dress/T-shirts amounting to PhP 40,300.00 (Cultural Office)/G-041-12; iii. Painting Materials amounting to PhP 37,038.00 (GSO)/G-042-12; b. Municipal Agricultural Ext. Services Office i. 1 set Concrete Garden Set amounting to 12,000.00/G-038-12; 2. Purchase Requests for Bidding a. Municipal Health Office i. Purchase of Medicines amounting to PhP 100,000.00/G-043-12. 3. Other matters. The first agendum for this meeting, the purchase requests submitted for the week, was discussed by the body. All these purchase requests were recommended by the BAC for shopping using Section 52, 1.b. of the revised IRR of RA 9184. These will be submitted for PhilGEPS posting and canvass only after the BAC had issued the necessary BAC resolutions and approved by the Mayor. For the second agendum, the purchase requests submitted for bidding, it was discussed and decided by the BAC to hold the bidding activity on July 3, 2012 at 10:00 oclock in the morning at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Camaligan, Camarines Sur. After disposing all of its business for the day, the BAC adjourned at 11:35 A.M.
