Masamb is looking for a Memory Circuit Design Engineer with 1-5 years of experience in circuit design for SRAM, ROM, and other memory blocks. The ideal candidate will have experience with SRAM architecture, CMOS analog/digital circuit design and verification. Knowledge of memory compilers, timing/area/power analysis, and simulation tools like HSPICE, SPECTRE and ELDO is preferred. The position is located in Noida, India.

Job Code: MB_Mem_CktDesign_Noida Job Description Masamb is looking for Engineer doing or can do design and verification of Memory blocks (SRAM,etc), The job involves Circuit Design and Circuit Design verification for SRAM design, SRAM/ROM architecture, memory compilers Good experience in cmos analog/digital circuit design and verification domain Sound knowledge of SRAM blocks, IOs and concepts of SRAM design Knowledge of SRAM/ROM architecturedifferent bus architecture Solid concept over CMOS design.

Desired Profile

Knowledge of Timing,Area and Power Analysis at block/chip level Unix and shell scripting.

Knowledge of Memory compilers is preferred, Simulation exp on HSPICE/SPECTRE/ELDO Good communication skill set, good team player

Qualifications

Education: UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Computers, Electrical, Electronics/Telecomunication PG - M.Tech - Electrical, Electronics/Telecomunication Experience / Knowledge: 1 to 5 years of industry experience in Circuit Design
