Your Minimailer 4 Plus can be specified with 2, 3 or 4 stations. Each system is available with OMR or can be upgraded to read OMR at a later date.

Features

Short Form
All feed stations now have the ability to run not only standard forms that require folding, but shorter forms that do not. Form sizes can be varied across all sheet feed stations.

The Minimailer 4 Plus range is the first PFE product to feature this highly innovative concept. It allows the operator to simply stack any documents of varying sizes plus any insert into the machine, hit the start button and the machine will automatically set itself for your application. There is absolutely no set-up required!
Application Programming
For specific tasks the system allows for up to 20 applications to be stored in memory. The operator interface is extremely concise and simple to use and will guide you through the system step by step in order to set up and perform your application.

Hand Feed
The Daily Post function enables the machine to handle stapled sets of documents either on their own, or with automatically fed items. This feature can be used to handle varying multi-page sets as an alternative to using the OMR option.

Easy Access
In case of a mis-feed, the clam shell design allows you to gain unrivaled access to the entire paper path. The operator interface will even tell you where to look. The document can then be cleared and the machine re-started immediately.

Application List
Simply choose the required application, the machine will automatically set itself and youre ready to go.

Document Misfeed
In the eventuality of a misfeed, the interface will indicate the exact position of the problem and status of the machine.

Automeasure
During the full programming operation, Automeasure allows the user to automatically measure form lengths. This is achieved by simply passing the document through the machine via station one.

Help
An intelligent and comprehensive help feature will speedily enable the operator to overcome any machine or operator error.
