-- Fundamentals of Microwave Engineering EE3010701 3 W9 W10 F8 [email protected] -- (Course Description) This is a course to introduce the fundamentals of microwave systems and the essential techniques in microwave circuit design and analysis. The fundamentals of wireless system will be introduced first, followed by the transmission line theory and microwave network analysis. Then, the basic design principles of antennas will be discussed. This course also covers the fundamentals of a variety of microwave components including filters, directional couplers, microwave amplifiers and mixers.
