The whole process is Society based. If there is more than one College under a Society, then details of all those Colleges are to be filled-in with that Society User id only. Colleges are requested not to create user-ids through registration individually... The colleges are requested to furnish data through their Society User id only. Click on 'Click here' in the Login page for new user Registration.

(Password should be of minimum 8 characters with atleast one numeric value in first 8 characters of it. Using strong passwords lowers overall risk of a security breach and ensure that it is not disclosed to anyone and known only to you.)

Sample Society Registration Page If no remarks / asterix in RED appears on any of the Text-boxes in the webpage, then Click on Submit Button. On successful Registration of User name, a Message Box appears User Registration successfully completed as below:
The User is given an option to cancel the information given in this registration page by clicking Cancel button and another option to go to Login page without Registration of Society. 2. Login Screen for Uploading data:

ENTRY OF NAMES OF INSTITUTIONS / COLLEGES IN THE SOCIETY: The Sequence of tasks shall be as follows:
Likewise, all the institutions pertaining to the Society are to be selected depending upon the Appendices. Click Here with Ctrl Key pressed
Selecting relevant Appendix and College under Select your Institutions under the Society After finishing of the first step completely, then click on Home button

selected according to Appendices.
Appendix Number College Name Programme Submit The Processing fee field will be automatically updated depending upon the
Programme choosen.
Ensure that all the programmes offered by all the institutions of the Society
are selected one after the other. There is a possibility of having different Programmes offered in the same institution. After furnishing all the information about Programmes pertaining to an institution is over, then only select another institution of your Society and the same process has to be repeated. Utmost care has to be exercised while selecting the institutions and programmes offered. Confirmation check box is available at the bottom of the web page is to be checked.

Only upon payment of processing charges and entry of the details regarding,
the user is permitted to upload the data pertaining to the institution in different Schedules under relavant Appendixes can to be done before the stipulated date as given in the instructions by AFRC. 2.2 INFORMATION ABOUT APPENDICES: The Society may be having more than one institution offering different programmes in each of the institutions. There is a possibility of some institutions (of the Society) data have to be filled in Appendix-1, Appendix-2... etc. Therefore, only after having thorough information about the courses of all the institutions of the Society are furnished in the required Appendixes, Check box available at the bottom of the web page have to be clicked. (i) Utmost care has to be ensured here, adding of colleges belonging to your Society (ii) In this webpage, you are directed to choose all the colleges relevant to your Society at appropriate- Appendix links . (iii) Select appropriate link based upon:
Appendix - VI (To be furnished by the institutions running L.P.T. programmes) Appendix - VII (To be furnished by the institutions running B.P.Ed. programme and
other programmes including U.G.D.PEd, if any)
2.2.2. INFORMATION ABOUT SCHEDULES: 1. After choosing the relevant Appendix, the user is advised to start from the Schedule-1 to Schedule-20 in a sequence. 2. The Schedules 2, 4,5,6,7,8,10,13,20 are in two links separately with same schedule Number A & B respectively. These two links have to be filled in for the respective Schedules.

To enter the data about fees ensure that data is for the 9 months indicates June to December and 3 months indicates January to March at appropriate fields.

The correctness of the data is utmost important. Wherever, there are pull-down menu options available, ensure that data is submitted for each option one after other.
