Installation Instructions BWC Waterline Shower Channel
1) Install Drain Body in Subfloor, Make Piping Connection
ut or core an approx. 5 dia. hole in the subfloor. Remove C the collar from the drain body, and position the body with the flange resting on the subfloor. Make the 2 pipe connection.
7) Install Tile
Install the tile adhesive and shower tile in accordance with manufacturers recommendations. Leave a joint space around the Channel edge, and finish with a flexible joint sealant.
2) Create Primary Mortar Bed
Before applying mortar, plug the drain opening to prevent debris from entering the drain. Apply mortar over the subfloor, sloping per foot from the top of the drain flange to the wall framing. Take care not to let mortar rest or harden on top of the drain flange.
8) Install Channel Grating
Remove the protective film, and lock the channel grating under the crossbar at the outlet end.
3) Install Shower Pan Liner
When the primary mortar bed has cured, install a waterproof shower pan liner in accordance with the pan liner manufacturers recommendations. Carefully cut out the liner over the drain opening, leaving approx. of liner overlapping the opening. Cut small holes in the liner at the 4 bolt holes to allow installation of the clamping collar.
4) Install Clamping Collar
The clamping collar is reversible, and may be positioned facing down or up, depending on the desired thickness of the secondary mortar bed & tile. Install the clamping collar and tighten the 4 bolts, making sure the liner is flat, and firmly sealed between the collar and the drain body. Adhesive is not required.
5) Test Liner
Once the liner installation is complete in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations, test the liner by temporarily plugging the drain, and filling the shower floor with water. Remove the drain plug and drain the shower once the test is complete.
6) Install Channel
Note: If wheelchair or other heavy traffic is anticipated, infill the underside of the channel flange with tile adhesive. This will increase the strength and durability of the channel. Push the outlet of the channel into the clamping collar, and adjust it to the desired finished height by sliding it along the O-rings. Once the channel is positioned at proper height above the drain, bend the flexible tabs to level the entire channel. Apply the secondary mortar bed, keeping the channel level and in proper position. Mortar first around the flexible tabs to secure the channel. Take care to maintain the per foot slope with the secondary mortar bed.

1) Instalar el cuerpo de desage en el subsuelo, conectar de la tubera

2) Crear la capa de mortero primaria

8) Instalar la rejilla del canal
Retirar la pelcula protectora y bloquear la rejilla debajo del travesao en el extremo de la salida.

3) Instalar el plato de ducha
Cuando la capa primaria de mortero ha curado, instalar un plato de ducha de acuerdo con las recomendaciones del fabricante del plato de ducha. Extraer con cuidado el papel protector sobre la abertura del desage, dejando casi el del plato de ducha superpuesto a la apertura. Cortar pequeos agujeros en el revestimiento para los 4 pernos para permitir la instalacin de la abrazadera de apriete.

4) Instalar la abrazadera de apriete
La abrazadera de apriete es reversible, y puede ser posicionada hacia abajo o hacia arriba, depende del espesor BALDOSA deseado del segundo mortero y de las baldosas. Instalar CANAL ADHESIVO PARA BALDOSAS la abrazadera de apriete y apretar los 4 pernos, asegurnLENGETAS FLEXIBLES SEGUNDA CAPA DE MORTERO PARA NIVELAR dose de que el forro est plano t firmemente sellado entre (INCLINADA 1/4/FT) ABRAZADERA REVERSIBLE la abrazadera y el cuerpo del desage. No se necesita PLATO DE DUCHA PARA APRIETE adhesivo.

5) Testar el revestimiento
PRIMERA CAPA DE MORTERO (INCLINADA 1/4/FT)
DESAGE Una vez que la instalacin se hayaCUERPO terminado de acuerdo con las recomendaciones del fabricante, se debe probar el TUBERA 2 (POR OTROS) revestimiento conectndolo temporneamente al desage y llenando el suelo de la ducha con agua. Retirar el tapn de drenaje y drene la ducha una vez finalizada la prueba.

6) Instalar el canal

Nota: Si se prev trfico pesado o con silla de ruedas, rellenar la parte inferior de la brida con adhesivo para baldosas. Esto aumentar la resistencia y durabilidad del canal. Empujar la salida del canal en la abrazadera de apriete y ajustarlo a la altura final deseada por deslizamiento a lo largo de las juntas tricas. Una vez que el canal est colocado a la altura correcta por encima del desage, doblar las lengetas flexibles a nivel de todo el canal. Aplicar la segunda capa de mortero, manteniendo el nivel del canal y en la posicin adecuada. Primero aplicar el mortero
Instructions dinstallation Caniveau de Douche BWC Waterline
1) Installer le corps d'coulement en sousplancher, faire le raccordement de la tuyauterie
coupez ou dnoyautez un trou d'un diamtre denviron D 5 dans le sous-plancher. Retirez le collier du corps d'coulement, et positionnez le corps avec la bride reposant sur le sous-plancher. Etablissez le branchement du tuyau de 2. et dans la bonne position. Appliquez le mortier premirement autour des pattes flexibles pour protger le caniveau. Veiller maintenir une pente de par pied avec le lit de mortier secondaire.
7) Installer le carreau
Installez la colle carreaux et le carrelage de la douche conformment aux recommandations du fabricant. Laissez un espace articulaire autour du bord du caniveau, et terminez avec un agent d'tanchit joint flexible.
2) Crer le lit de mortier primaire
Avant d'appliquer le mortier, bouchez l'orifice de vidange pour empcher des dbris de pntrer dans l'orifice. Appliquez le mortier sur le sous-plancher, inclinant par pied du dessus de la bride d'coulement jusqu l'ossature du mur. Veillez ne pas laisser le mortier reposer ou durcir sur la bride d'coulement.
8) Installer la grille du caniveau
Retirez le film protecteur et verrouillez la grille du caniveau sous la barre transversale la sortie d'coulement.

3) Installer la membrane impermable de la douche
Quand le lit de mortier primaire sera sec, installez une membrane impermable de la douche conformment aux recommandations du fabricant de la membrane impermable. Dcouper soigneusement la membrane sur l'orifice de vidange, laissant environ de la membrane superposant lorifice. Coupez des petits trous dans la membrane au niveau des 4 trous de boulon pour permettre linstallation du collier du serrage.

4) Installer le collier du serrage
Le collier du serrage est rversible, et peut tre positionn CARREAU vers le haut ou vers le bas, en fonction de l'paisseur souCANIVEAU COLLE CARREAUX haite du lit de mortier secondaire et des carreaux. Installez PATTES FLXIBLES le collier sassurant LIT DE MORTIER SECONDAIRE DE NIVEAU du serrage et serrez les 4 boulons, en (PENTE DE / PIED) que la membrane est plate et bien ferme entre le collier et COLLIER DU SERRAGE MEMBRANE IMPERMABLE RVERSIBLE d'coulement. Il n'est pas ncessaire d'appliquer le corps DE LA DOUCHE de colle. LIT DE MORTIER PRIMAIRE

5) Tester la membrane

6) Installer le caniveau
CORPS D'COULEMENT Une fois l'installation de la membrane termine conformment aux recommandations du fabricant, testez la memTUYAU 2 D'AUTRES) temporairement, brane en bouchant l'orifice de (PAR vidange et en remplissant le plancher de la douche avec deau. Remarque: Si un fauteuil roulant ou des autres volumes de trafic intense sont prvues, remplissez la sous-face de la bride du caniveau avec de colle carreaux. Cela augmentera la rsistance et la durabilit du caniveau. Glissez l'coulement du caniveau dans le collier du serrage, et lajuster lhauteur d'arrive souhaite en le faisant glisser le long des joints toriques. Une fois le caniveau positionn la bonne hauteur au-dessus de l'orifice, pliez les pattes flexibles pour aplanir lentier caniveau. Appliquez le lit de mortier secondaire, en maintenant le caniveau au niveau
