This is with reference to the captioned matter. We respectfully submit that the name of the Registrant-Company has been changed from Kabushiki Kaisha Onward Kashiyama to Kabushiki Kaisha Onward Holdings (also trading as Onward Holdings Co,, Ltd.). To facilitate the aforesaid change, we respectfully submit herewith the following: 1. A request on Form TM-33 along with the prescribed official fee of Rs. 1000/- for recordal of change of name of the Registrant-Company from Kabushiki Kaisha Onward Kashiyama to Kabushiki Kaisha' Onward Holdings (also trading as Onward Holdings Co., Ltd.). A notarized copy of the certificate from commercial Register issued by the relevant Government Authority evidencing the said change of name alongwith a copy of its certified English translation; A copy of the Authorization of Agent on the basis of which we are acting on behalf of Kabushiki Kaisha Onward Holdings (also trading as Onward Holdings Co., Ltd.).

In passing, we wish to bring to the learned Registrar's attention that the address for service in India has been amended to read as follows.
