ABSTRACT
The main aim of the project is to develop a Human Resource Management system for the Interact Automation of HR software. Cms is one of the premiums of share companies in developing quality software. It has Internet through which all the employees in the company will be knit together. It has different modules such as huring the employee, project paying the employee, Training for the employee, project management for the concerned employee and Marketing etc., there by connecting the employee in the company.
