SRI VENKATESWARA UNIVERSITY : TIRUPATI 54th ANNUAL CONVOCATION NOTIFICATION

1. The 54th ANNUAL CONVOCATION of the University for the Conferment of Bachelor, Master, M.Phil., and Ph.D., Degrees on successful candidates is likely to be held during May/June,2013. The actual date and time of the above Convocation will be intimated through the daily news papers in due course. 2.The candidates who passed Post Graduate Courses viz., M.A., M.Sc., M.Com., M.F.M, M.B.A., M.C.A., M.Ed., M.Tech., M.PED., MLISC,M.L., M.Phil., Ph.D.,MSIS, MSBM etc., and whose results were published in February,2012 or earlier are eligible for admission to the above convocation. 3.The candidates declared eligible for the award of Ph.D.Degrees upto July/Aug,2012 or earlier are eligible for admission into the above convocation. 4. The candidates who passed Post Graduate Courses, M.Phil and Ph.D., through Three constituent colleges of S.V.University, Tirupati , S.V.U. College of Engineering , Tirupati , earstwhile S.V.U.PG Centre, Kavali, and earstwhile S.V.U. PG.Centre, Kadapa will be admitted to their respective Degrees either IN PERSON or IN ABSENTIA . The candidate who desire to attend the convocation and receive the above Degrees IN PERSON may apply for IN PERSON. The Degrees of the candidates, who are not able to attend the convocation and admitted for IN ABSENTIA will be sent by Regd.post after the convocation is over. 5. The candidates who are awarded with Gold medals and Prizes shall be admitted to the Convocation IN PERSON only. 6. The candidates who passed Post Graduate courses through Affiliated Colleges/ Directorate of Distance Education, S.V.University/Private study shall be admitted to their respective Degrees IN ABSENTIA only. 7. The candidates who passed B.A., B.A.(OL), B.Com, B.Sc.,B.Sc (Home Science) B.Ed., B. Tech., B.L., BGL., BLISC., BBM., B.PED, and BCA etc., and whose results were published in February,2012 or earlier will be admitted to their respective Degrees underIN ABSENTIA. The Degrees relating to the regular candidates will be sent to the Principals of the Colleges concerned and the Degrees relating to the Private candidates will be sent to them by Registered Post after the convocation is over. The Eligible candidates who are intending to receive their Degrees in the above Convocation, may obtain the application forms, from the CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATIONS, S.V.UNIVERSITY, TIRUPATI, Andhra Pradesh in person or by post by sending a requisition along with self addressed stamped (Rs.5/-) envelope (23x10cm) or application forms may be downloaded through www.schools9.com and www.manabadi.com . The filled in application forms along with the enclosures in original shall be submitted in person or by post to the CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATIONS, S.V.UNIVERSITY, TIRUPATI-517 502, so as to reach the office on or before 30.04.2013 by 5.00 P.M. together with the following fee paid into State Bank of India /Andhra Bank through On line Banking Challan into Account No. 31573992207 / 103210100016716 respectively available on Website and also kept ready at State Bank of India / Andhra Bank, SVU Campus Branches, Tirupati.
