Ensuring that QA related problems are solved in an efficient way and economically. Carry out the work as per the programmer schedule. Responsible for resources analysis, resource allotment, monthly invoice, Subcontractors Payment. Preparation of daily activities report, weekly reports, monthly reports. Interaction with the design team, suggestion and implementation of various construction methods as per site conditions. Quality implementation and safety at site. Timely completion of project.
