The students could offer various titles based on the theme of the Passage. The Passage revolves around the increasing consumption of tobacco in the society and its adverse effects. Any title focusing solely on smoking would not be correct comprehension of the Passage. Persons who breathe-in tobacco smoke of others. Smoking should be banned on public transport. Use of tobacco must be banned in public areas. Glamorization of tobacco on media should be discouraged. Community must be educated about the dangers of using the tobacco in any form.

The government earns 38 billion a year from tobacco industry. The increasing use of tobacco is not only increasing the medical costs incurred by the citizens themselves, but is also putting a pressure on the government due to the limited availability of funds that can be spent on the state healthcare system.
