Purpose of retaining the required persons 1 For Administrative controol 2 To take of boiler & Derator under preservation (To maintain pressure of 5 2 Kg/Cm2 and water concentration at required level. Tg(Oil circulation and 2 baring gear in running weekly) 2 3 Preservation ( 1 Chemist + 1 Operators) CHP-Hammers and liner plates replacement,Screen mesh replacement, PA line 7 chutes replcament . 3 To attend shut down jobs . 4 To attend shut down jobs and also for shift duties. 2 To coordinate with maintenance team and participate on maintenance jobs. Remarks: Casual Labour taken seperately on an average of 10 persins per day for house keeping and maintenance jobs. The folowing works to be carried out in this shut down. Coordination for all activities with respect to shutdown. - 1 Plant manager. Boiler cleaning and damaged refractory replacent 2 Nos Boiler operatotors Turbine and feed pumps maintenance works and weekly once running of barring gear - 2Nos Turbine operators Weekly hand rotation of all equipments with oil leves checking and ESP field cleaning.- 2 Nos Boiler DCS For coordation with the all above activities - 2 Nos of Shift Incharges. D.M plant : 2 Nos of Chemists Boiler Preservation : To maintain the boiler pressure and chemicals adding to be done: 1 Chemist Dm plnat resigns cleaning open back wash 1 Chemists Mechanincal maintenance: 9 Nos All damaged chutes to be replaced in CHP

screens over hauling with necerray replacents Crusher liner plates and hammers replacement after hard facing the hammers Boiler PA lines damaged chutes to be replaced. Damaged refractory work to be done Boiler commitioned about 3 Years , till date boiler running perfectly. This time we amy check all coils and replace the coils if it necerray. Electrical maintenance : 6 Nos All Motors to be over hauled. LAVT,NGR, Generator bus duct,All Pannaels aincluding VFD pannels to be checked throughly All Trans formres maintenace to be done. HT & LT switch gear maintenance to be done. Shift duteis to be attend round the clock for unintruped supply to cement plant. Instrumentation : 3 Nos DCS pannels observation . All field instuments and controol valves maintenance to be done. Process related shut down works for boiler and turbine to be done. Coal handling plant operators 4 Nos Cleaning of coal handling plant Maintenace of of all conveyors and Assistance to the maintenece team for major jobs at CHP. Administation staff: 2 Nos To maintain store inventry , inwards and issues for shut down jobs.
