GREETINGS

ASSALAMUALAIKUM WARAHMATULLAHI WABRAKATUH Peace be upon u all and welcome to the English Week Carnival figure story telling competition. We begin in the name of Allah The Most Merciful and Most Gracious

We shall begin our event today with the recital of ummul kitab al fatihah. (al fatihah recital) Lets say good morning to everyone and thank you for being here and thank you all for your patience. My name is Suhaidzan binti Zahari and ill be hosting todays inter school story telling competition on behalf of the English Week Carnival.

First of all, id like to extend a warm welcome to our team of judges, ____________________________________________________, ____________________________________________________, and ____________________________________________________

Who are generous enough to spare their time to be on adjudicators side for this competition. May God bless you all with good rewardings.

Im also delighted to welcome our contestants and supporters who joined us this wonderful morning. We are very honoured indeed to have all of you present here this morning.

We laughed, we cheered and were touched by all the stories retold wholeheartedly by all the contestant. We really have to come to the end of our time today.
