N o 1 Event name Coding and Debugging Particip ants 2 Entry fee 50 Description of rounds 1) Aptitude. 20min. Total 20 questions, few tie breaker, No elimination. 50 marks. 2) Debugging manual. 45 min. Manual debugging. 100 marks. 3 programs to be debugged, shorter time may improve score. Using the formula as Score = time remain + (3* errors removed) (2*errors in the program). (suppose there are 30 errors in program then if x has removed only 15 and submit the paper within 30 min then his score will be 45) Key words of c will be jumbled in table. 50marks Participant has to find the words. Finding one word will give 5 marks. Best 20 from previous round will be selected. 4 programs will be given. They have to use fedora. Fastest 10 will be selected for finals. Depending on the choice made by participants they will be issued 1 or 2 machines. The team which selects 1 machine has to code and execute 3 programs with proper output.

3) Debugging online. 60min.

4) Finals. Coding 120 min.

Aprameya2013 The team which selects 2 machines has to code and execute 5 programs.

1) Team must carry their own laptop with required software. Short movie making. 2) They will be given a theme, they have to roam around the campus and prepare movie. 3) Suggestion- keep one round as general knowledge about movies similar to film apti. 2) Guessing the ad top 10 teams 3min per team. Two rounds. 10 marks for correct guess Two team members will be shown an ad. They have to act the AD. Top 6 teams. If score clashes then use apti score. The one who was guessing the ad will be given a name of a person and some information about him. He must stand behind team mates. Other team mates can ask him 20 questions. He has to answer only y/n. Depending on his answers team mates should guess that person. 2 rounds. 20 marks per correct guess.

3) Rapid 20 questions. 5 min.

Aprameya2013 4) Pictionary. Top 4 teams. One team member will be given a word. He has to draw a picture or set of small images related to picture. Team mates should guess the word. No numbers or alphabets are allowed. 5 rounds. 2 min each. 10 marks for correct guess. If asked for other word then that will be considered for 5 marks. Score of all previous rounds will decide winner.

Recent reviews form. 2) Set up your company. Select top 10. Participant will be given a company organization form. Like CEO, TL, PL, CA, Security etc. for around 10-15 places. A list of current working people with their score will be displayed. Then participants allotted 50Lks Then auction starts. The one with maximum score wins. Balance Money is not considered. // If some place is empty

Participant should consider that salary and form a new team. Keeping maximum score and minimum investment. 15 min.

Top 4. 6 TREASURE HUNT 3 100 PENDING 1) Topics will be given on web site. 7 Paper Presentation 2) Mail 1 soft copy. 3 100 3) Submit 2 hard copies on the day of fest in the morning. 4) Shortlisted papers will be presented. 1) Pick and design product. List of categories like hardware, Appln software, os, portable devices etc. One has to be picked. Related to that they can think of product which must be feasible with current technology. Create ppt. Create AD for that with tag line. Tag line should not be stolen. AD time 5 min. Best product with best ad wins. Winner Based on previous scores
