10. Student feedback mechanism on Institutional Governance / faculty performance A System of questionnaire is followed for evaluation of faculty efficiency and Institution governance. The questions are designed on scale containing poor, fair, good and excellent. The questions are designed in such away as to cover the efficiency of faculty in skills of problems solving, clarity in explanation, coverage of syllabus, updation of subject advancement, enthusiasm etc. and the system of governance on the basic of availability of faculties, maintenance, discipline, dispute redresses etc.

Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students A Committee is formed for solving the problems under the name of the grievances redressal committee with senior lectures and members and Head of Department of S&H as Member Secretary under the chairmanship of the Principal. A box is provided for the students / staff/

faculties to put their grievances and every 15 days once the box is opened and the grievances of the students / staff/ faculty members will be discussed by the committee and solved 12.
