Present Simple

This document provides examples of sentences using the present simple and present continuous tenses in English. For the present simple, examples are given for regular verbs ending in -s in the third person singular as well as for irregular verbs. For the present continuous, examples show verbs in the continuous form using the present participle and the verb "to be".
