Coffee Services Coffee House will feature top grade beverages of different variety that customers can select from. While these products will be sold at an inexpensive price, their quality will virtually be on a par with countries renowned coffees. The theme will mainly be a line of famous coffee condiments along with various cakes and pastries to match up the caf of their choice. Moreover, Coffee House specialty dishes will be served. Delivery services for dine out beverages and desserts will be offered as well. B. Procurement and Distribution Process Raw materials for coffee drinks and ready-made dishes needed shall be acquired from selected suppliers one week before opening the business and monthly thereafter. Purchases shall be based on monthly unit sales. The cost for transportation shall be added to the cost of these goods. For on the site orders, upon arrival of customers at the Coffee House, a waiter will assist in finding a seat for them. Then he/she will hand them a menu and inquire for their order. After taking their order, the server will prepare such order on the spot except for the dessert which are readily made upon purchasing. The waiter will then pick up the order and deliver them to the customers. When the customer is ready for payment, the waiter will present the bill for them, get the cash paid, and return a receipt prepared by the cashier.
For dine out telephone orders, after receiving a text message from the customer, the cashier calls them back for confirmation of their order(s), inquire for necessary information (e.g. address) and bill them as well. He/she then informs the server of the order which the latter will prepare accordingly. The delivery man shall be signalled for the delivery afterwards. When the orders have been handed over to the customer, the delivery man shall present the bill and subsequently get the cash payment and return a receipt. The cash paid shall be turned over to the cashier together with a copy of receipt.

C. D. Machineries, Equipment and Vehicle Basically, only four machines should be acquired. Three of these will mainly be used in making coffee drinks and shakes. To accelerate the time necessary in setting up of coffee orders, the shop needs to acquire one touch automatic coffee maker that is estimated to cost Ninety Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos ( P98, 800 ). A blender and manual ice crusher should also be purchased with costs of Two Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Pesos (P2, 630) and Eight Hundred Ninety Pesos (P 890) respectively. A calculator with printer shall be acquired that is estimated to have a cost of Four Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Pesos (P4, 760). A refrigerator/freezer is also required that is projected to cost Thirty Four Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Pesos (P34, 380). Delivery of off-site orders will definitely need the use of a vehicle. Since the target markets are just nearby the location of the Coffee House, a bicycle that is attached w/ a food cart that costs Four Thousand Five Hundred (P4, 500) should be provided.
E. Building and Facilities The total scope of the project includes a major improvement of a sixty square meter (60 sq.m.) leased space adjoining the canteen situated inside the City Hall Complex. Floor Layout For a one storey building, the proposed design of the project location will primarily have an indoor and a patio/open-air dining areas. Eight sets of coffee tables will be placed indoor and twelve sets on the patio. Situated on the rearmost part facing the entrance will be the working area for the counter and servers. It is also where goods and supplies are stored. The patio is planned to be surrounded by grille fences.
