Click here or press Ctrl+K Enter Tally.NET User ID & password of the respective user

SelectEnter My Profile details of Contact Person & or press Alt+P Valid Mobile Number

Select Tally.NET
Enable SMS & Provide Short Company Name

Click here or press F11

Setup for Remote Access


At Office

1. Enable Security Features


2. Configure Tally.NET 3. Authorize Remote Users 4. Connect Company to Tally.NET At Remote Location 1. Start Tally.ERP 9 in License or Education Mode 2. Login as Remote User

3. Select the required Company from the List of Online Companies

1. Enable Security Features in the Company that needs to be accessed Remotely Click F3: Comp Info. or Press Alt+F3

Click Alter

Enable Security Control to use Tally.NET / Remote services

2. Configure Tally.NET Features for the Company that needs to be accessed Remotely Press F11: Features > F4: Tally.NET Features

Enter required contact details as shown

Enable Allow to Connect Company in order to connect the company to Tally.NET. Enable Connect on Load in order to connect the Company to Tally.NET on loading the data.

3. Authorise Remote Users Go to Gateway of Tally > Alt+F3 > Security Control > Users and Passwords

Enable Allow Remote Access Enter users email id

Accept to save the settings
