Companys story
Family company Started in 2003 with a store in Le Havre and gradually has grown Chain of 40 stores specialized in high quality sport clothes and accessories for affordable price Companys values etc.
Stakeholders
Shareholders - family company Customers - large public interested in quality sport products Employees - indentified with the companys value, sport background Suppliers - mainly Portuguese - Portuguese products perceived as good quality and not too expensive, however as part of the CSR strategy the company will cooperate more with French suppliers in their communities Community - French biggest cities Government - French law Industry association - Chamber of commerce Media - local newspaper, radio etc.
Environment 200-300 Dora (not sure if I remember well who did what in the presentation)
Environmentally friendly products, recycling, little waste, our suppliers have to follow environmental standards etc.
