Sector Pressure Vessels/Tanks Heat Exchangers/Heaters: Oil & Gas

Pressure vessels are containers used to hold gases or liquids under high pressure and are commonly used in the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries as well as desalination plants and power plants. They construct a variety of pressure vessels including separators, towers, tanks, and drums that can be customized for capacity, materials, and thickness. Their state-of-the-art facility operates under strict quality control guidelines to ensure vessels are efficiently, safely, and durably constructed according to international standards.

Pressure Vessels Pressure vessels are used mainly in the oil, gas and petrochemical industry, but are

also utilized in desalination plants and power plants. Pressure vessel construction, partnering with natural gas processors, oil refineries and petrochemical companies to construct safe, conforming vessels, columns and towers. Our high-performance oil and gas designs include: Slug catchers Dehydrators 2 phase separators 3 phase separators Towers Absorber vessels Amine still vessels Trayed towers Stripper columns Autoclave vessels Depropanizer towers Debutanizer towers Demethanizer towers Knockout drums Bulk vessels

Our oil and gas pressure vessels can be constructed with a range of capacity, material and wall thickness options, and certified in accordance with the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section VIII, Division 1. In addition, NRGs state -of-the-art facility operates under strict API, ISO and HSE guidelines, so our quality control processes ensure that each product operates efficiently, safely and durably.

Heat exchangers (e.g. boilers & condensers) are technically more complex products to manufacture as compared to Pressure Vessels and are used by refineries, petrochemical & power plants for steam generation and condensing steam into liquid. They require special capabilities in design, fabrication and welding of special steels Pressure vessels (e.g. reactors & splitters) are technically less complex to manufacture as compared to Heat Exchangers, but require special capabilities due to their large sizes. Product dimensions can reach over 100 meters length and over 1,000 tons in weight. Special steels such as stainless steel (type I with Titanium, SA 338 GR2, SB 338 GR2) or carbon steel (type II Carbon steel/HIC, SA 516 GR 70) are often used in their fabrication. Main production processes planned in the factory include; design, cutting, rolling, welding, machining, heat treatment, blasting and painting.
