Ip6 Standard

The IP Rating system provides a coding that indicates the level of protection against solid objects like dust and liquids like water. The first digit relates to protection against solids, with 6 meaning dust tight. The second digit relates to protection against water, with 5 meaning protection against water jets. Higher numbers indicate greater levels of protection against both solids and liquids.
