University teachers graded and assessed annually on their performance and become eligible for promotion and career advancement scheme (CAS) based on their teaching performance, research work and publication quality. It is expecting the teacher to be perfect in all fields and then alone would be allowed to succeed otherwise stay where one is. The UGC convention lay down the most strong state of affairs for direct recruitment and as well as for CAS promotion by appointing to the new procedure of Academic performance indicators (API) and Weight age Points (WP) tables. As per the API system teachers will get marks for various academic activities like publishing of book, papers, attending seminars and paper presentation and awards. The teachers need to score a minimum number of marks every year to be eligible for promotion. We are confident that this research Journal will become ladder to achieve API score. At present, many research papers are published through different branches of knowledge. But they are related to particular theme or idea. We are publishing the present research journal with the view that the reader should get the information about the research in all the fields. This issue is unique in nature having 40 research papers of multi-disciplinary fields. All papers received goes through strict checking at 3 stages through the hands of experienced referees and then it is published. The papers which do not fit in our journal are out right rejected and the decision is conveyed to the authors regarding rejection of papers. We hope our Journal will be give confidence and hold a continued effort to build, convey and maintain superiority, moral and fascinating research and topics. Thank you.
