Jeneral (B) Tan Sri Borhan bin Haji Ahmad, PGAT PSM SPKK DPMJ DSAP DPKK JMN JSM SMP PSK DSM ADK Kpk (Company Advisor)
General (Rtd.) Tan Sri Borhan Hj. Ahmad was 13th Malaysia Chief of Army from 1 February 1994 to 2 February 1995. He served as Independent Non-Executive Director of Land & General Berhad on March 27, 1995 until September 29, 2010. General (Rtd.) Tan Sri Borhan Chairman of the Audit Committee and a Member of the Nominations and Remuneration Committees of Land & General Berhad. He gained experience with various government authorities throughout his 37 years of service with the Government. He is also the Chairman of Perbadanan Hal Ehwal Bekas Angkatan Tentera, Chairman of Baiduri Auto Sdn Bhd, Chairman of Baiduri Auto Care Sdn Bhd, Chairman of Kausar Corporation Sdn Bhd and Chairman of Kristal Security Sdn Bhd. He is currently the Deputy President of Persekutuan Tinju Amatur Malaysia.

Hassan Bin Abdul Hamid (Company Advisor and Director)

He holds a bachelor in Accounting (Honors) from Uninersiti Malaya, K. Lumpur. Has over 20 years experience in providing consultant service to companies that need his advices or opinions. He started his career with Bank Negara Malaysia from April 1981 to April 1995 holding various positions. Mr Hassan was Group Financial Controller at Kausar Corporation Sdn Bhd (Kausar) from May 1995 to April 1999. He has held Group Financial Controller positions in Koperasi Belia Islam Malaysia Berhad (KBI) where he was appointed Chief Executive Officer from October 2000 to December 2005. An Accountant with strong analytical skills, inquisitive mind and quest for challenges. Proud of decades of colourful working experience, in both the public and private sectors. Records of achievements include as regulator for the nation's banking and securities industries,and also as a key player for private establishments involved in property, development, construction and co-operative businesses with differing priorities and objectives.

Samsudin Zainal, PJK (Executive Chairman)

He holds a graduate bachelor in Science Computer, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and Master-Degree in Information Technology Entrepreneurship, UTM in 2004. He has a working experience for almost 20 years in Information Technology. He had been appointed as a director and chairman for a few companies such as I.S Software Integrated Sdn. Bhd in 2000. He serves as Chairman of Energetic Point Sdn. Bhd. from 2010. Currently Mr Samsuddin Zainal is a Chairman of in Koperasi Belia Islam Malaysia Berhad (KBI) from 2010 and also serve as committee member Angkatan Koperasi Kebangsaan Malaysia Berhad (ANGKASA) from 2011. He has a capability of leader with his strong leadership style.

Muhammad Nazri Baksis (Managing Director)
He holds a graduate in Accounting from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). He has an extensive background and experience in accounting and management for 20 years. He has held various positions within the field such as financial director in several companies. He was Head of Department Admin & Finance at Destiria Travel & Tours Sdn. Bhd. He has held senior positions in Zetro Aerospace Sdn. Bhd. from 2003 to 2005. He left Zetro to assume the position Head of Department Admin & Finance at Aerowatts (M) Sdn. Bhd. from 2006 to 2008 prior to his appointment to the Finance Director of Malacca Safety Driving Centre. Currently Mr Nazri is group Managing director and responsible for Admin & Finance Department.

Shahizam Ibrahim (Executive Director)

He holds a graduate bachelor in System and Computer Communication, UTM and Master-Degree in Information Technology Entrepreneurship, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Johor Bahru. As a founder of the company, he has a very high entrepreneurship spirit. Mr Shahizam has 12 years experience in ICT industries and well experienced in Malaysia Public Transport Industries. He is responsible to expand the business to a higher level. His current directorships in companies within the Energetic Point Group include as Managing Director of E-Transact Technology Sdn. Bhd. E-Transact are subsidiary fully owned by Energetic Point.

Mohd Hazril Harun (Director)

He holds a bachelor in Art & Design, UiTM and Master-Degree in Information Technology Entrepreneurship, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Johor Bahru. Has a 10 years experience in graphic works and designing. He had also designed a project that related to computer hardware and very comitted in his job.

E-Ticketing system will cover all online ticketing progress, starting from booking purchasing, payment and ticket collection. Consumer shall benefit from better serviced provided by us throughout online system. Satellite Agent Program was also introduced with this onlune portal. This is intended to provide business opportunities to those interested in generating better income.

SLMP is a Group Protection Accident Scheme designed to lighten the burden on bus passengers during their journey. IMTSB has been formally appointed by Etiqa to design the Group Protection Accident Scheme to the bus passengers. The scheme is anticipated to lighten the financial burden of the policyholders and providing coverage for an accident (the event) that may occur in the future. The policy simply provides some compensation which will be payable to the policyholder that will commensurate to the suffering or damage.
