CASUALTY HANDLING
INTRODUCTION To lift the victim or remove the victim from one place to dangerous to a safer place is more appropriate to use the equipment reserved, but in certain circumstances where there is no equipment or difficult to bring in equipment, how to lift without equipment can also be. RAISE INDIVIDUAL WAY There is by individual 6 way of salvation namely : a. b. c. d. e. f. One Man Human Crutch. Pick a back. Arm Lift. Firemen's Crawl. Firemen's Lift. Removal Downstairs Method.
ONE MAN HUMAN CRUTCH. For the technique, victim must be aware or half aware and can help saviour to help. A hand saviour hold wrist and a hand yet hold clothes in victim's waist part. Part that injured should close in saviour. (See Figure 1).

PICK A BACK This technique more illustrious, but saviour must be careful so that victim not floppy back. Saviour should bear above back him and body of the victim fallen amid back saviour. (See Figure 2). ARM LIFT This technique was the best option from Pick A Back because victim can assisted fully. To prevent victim from injury when raise were important victim's hand stretch out to front part / in before raise.(See Figure 3).
This technique is safer and effective to extricate the victim from building that burnt. Both saviors and victim in condition of head in lower part so that had always clean air and avoid from heat and also saviour need not bear reluctant victim. (See Figure 4).

FIREMEN'S LIFT People can be brought down by a ladder or other reasons rescue can use the other hand for tasks other. This technique is more effective, even however, this technique is not recommended unless the member the rescue properly trained. (See Figure 5)

LIFTING IN TOGETHER How to rescue the two is more effective than using the energy one. These efforts can technically be together before action is taken. Hand rescuers entered from below the knee and held tightly in wrists of both hands while the hands of rescue crossed freely back and gripping / grasping at the pants. Figure 8 : Two Handed Seat THREE HANDED SEAT This technique will provide a position on the victim and comfortable in the rescue when lifting.The first rescuers hold on the wrist the second rescue his left hand, right hand, temporary hold on a second rescue the first wrist. FOUR HANDED SEAT This technique is well known and commonly used by members rescuers. Each rescuer holding his left wrist and grafted on the other hand rescue. This method allows the victim more comfortable while rescuers will not experience muscle tension. Determine the victim's right unconscious before the technique used. Instructions are the same. (See Figure 10).

b. Enter the group leader from between the arm and hand hold on victim's wrist. c. Hold a second rescue both victims and close to the knee his body. d. Instructions should be given when lifting and placing.
e. If the victim sustained injuries on the left, part of the injured leg was placed in the top right of the victim. f. Rescue in the presence of a free hand in which can make other tasks such as opening doors, etc.
